Fees
Our consulting services are designed to help businesses of any size.
Depending on the type of project, scope and the indicator that we seek to improve, we determine the way in which our fees will be structured.
We operate basically in two ways:

Process Consulting: very limited scope that focuses on some of the business processes and a single metric to improve.

Project Consulting: broad scope that generally involves various areas of the company and seeks to improve a complex indicator.
Single Process Scope
Once the scope of the project has been defined and the indicator to be improved has been confirmed, we will have in-person or virtual sessions to document the required analyzes according to the improvement methodology (they can be between 5 and 10 sessions depending on the scope).
Project Scope
For complex projects, we will prepare a quote according to the scope and time required to carry it out.
Results
Thinking about sharing the risk and benefit of the project, we will charge our clients from 15% to 30% of the benefit obtained from the improvement recommendations that arise from our consulting services.
